Fitness has always been a part of my life.  I am a runner at heart. After running in cross-country and track from middle school through college, I continue running today completing a marathon every now and again.  I received my degree in Kinesiology from Sam Houston State University.  Along with my degree I completed the NASM certification in Personal Training as well as ACE and AFAA for Group Fitness instructor.  I enjoyed a career as a teacher in HISD for 5 years before I became a full time mother.  My husband and two children live here in Pearland.  I feel very fortunate to be living my passions of raising my children, running the occasion marathon and teaching fitness to others.  With over 10 years experience teaching classes and training, I enjoy a variety of workouts.  I teach Pump, Kickboxing, Boot camp, Indoor Cycling and Pilates. Currently I am focused on Personal Training exclusively for women.  For me fitness is a way of life.  I enjoy motivating my participants to do more than they thought they could and entertaining them proving that fitness can be fun and rewarding.
